Project: Villa Projects

Requirements:

Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
Must have extensive experience in villa projects, preferably luxury residential developments.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
Experience in managing planning engineers and coordinating planning activities across multiple projects or work packages.
Expertise in baseline programmes, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, delay analysis, recovery plans, and project reporting.
Strong knowledge of resource allocation, earned value analysis, and contractual programmed requirements.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
