- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, operations, and finance, to develop and align plans that support the overall business strategy.
- Developing and maintaining forecasting models to predict future demand for products or services.
- Managing the development of budgets and financial plans.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in planning and operations.
- Leading and mentoring a team of planners to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Skills
Essential Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma Holder.
-
8 years of experience and planning and scheduling on construction projects.

Experience on desalination / power plant projects is a must.

Must be available in 15 - 20 days.

Candidates must be able to manage their own Employment Iqama/ Visa in Saudi Arabia.
-Arabic Speaking Candidates are highly preferred.
