Job Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for electrical infrastructure and cable installation projects using Primavera P6.

Plan and coordinate project activities, including cable laying, cable installation, cable routing, termination, testing, and commissioning.

Prepare project baseline schedules, progress reports, look-ahead plans, resource plans, and project timelines.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays and critical path activities, and implement recovery plans to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, site execution, and subcontractor teams to align project activities and resolve scheduling issues.

Track project milestones, manpower, equipment, and material availability to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, variance analysis, and management reports.

Identify potential project risks and schedule bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
Required Candidate Profile

Minimum 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within electrical infrastructure projects.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

Must have experience in electrical cable projects, including cable laying, installation, and associated project activities.

Strong knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, baseline planning, progress monitoring, and delay recovery.

Experience coordinating with site execution, engineering, procurement, and project management teams.

Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Important: Candidates with relevant electrical infrastructure and cable project planning experience are preferred. No MEP experience is not required.
