Planning Engineer – KOC Project
Project: KOC – South Soil Remediation Project

Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co. is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control activities for a South Soil Remediation Project in Kuwait.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in project planning.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Primavera P6.
- Valid Primavera P6 training and certification from a recognized training provider.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress reporting.
- Good understanding of construction planning and project controls.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Previous experience with KOC projects or major oil & gas projects in Kuwait.
- Experience working in a construction/project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Prepare project progress reports and schedule updates.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect and verify progress data.
- Identify schedule delays, critical activities, and potential project risks.
- Support project planning, forecasting, and recovery planning.
- Ensure project activities are properly planned, sequenced, and monitored.
- Maintain accurate planning and project control records.
