§ Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using advanced planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
§ Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
§ Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule alignment with project objectives.
§ Prepare detailed progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.
§ Provide support in resource allocation and ensure alignment with project timelines.
