We are seeking a passionate Planning Engineer to drive the development of robust project schedules and ensure seamless execution of complex rail projects. You will collaborate with dedicated teams to deliver solutions that shape the future of sustainable mobility.
Your Role, Your Impact
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using advanced planning tools to ensure scalability and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to synchronize timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain reliability and adherence to deadlines.
- Introduce innovative planning methodologies and digital tools to optimize resource allocation and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams to enhance planning standards and foster continuous improvement.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI
- 2-4 years of experience in project planning & Scheduling.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for creating and managing detailed project schedules.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) for performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate them into actionable planning deliverables.
- Experience with risk analysis techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation for schedule assurance.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.
