About the job
You turn fast shoots into tight edits that perform. From property walk-throughs, fashion and hospitality to brand launches and events, you plan, shoot, light, and edit short-form stories that make people stop scrolling.
What you will do
- Pre-production with shot lists, storyboards, and location checks
- Shoot vertical-first video on mirrorless and iPhone, with clean audio and smart lighting
- Edit in Premiere or Final Cut with strong pacing, captions, and sound design
- Add motion titles and lightweight graphics in After Effects where needed
- Capture stills for thumbnails, press, and socials
- Deliver multiple crops and cutdowns that meet platform specs
- Manage media, proxies, and export workflows for speed and quality
- Work closely with strategists to test hooks and iterate from results
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years shooting and editing- agency preferred
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus After Effects basics
- Confident with lighting, audio, and run-and-gun setups
- Strong sense of rhythm, typography, and first-frame hooks
- A portfolio of vertical work for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Drone and colour grading experience
