Role Description
The Personal Trainer role at Seera is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver individualized fitness programs for family members, incorporating assessments, goal setting, and ongoing progress tracking. Daily tasks include leading one-on-one training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and ensuring a safe training environment. The role involves providing guidance on healthy lifestyle habits, collaborating with wellness initiatives, and adapting programs to accommodate varying fitness levels and work schedules. The Personal Trainer will also maintain accurate records, communicate clearly with participants, and support a positive, inclusive wellness culture within the company.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and implement safe, effective workout programs.
- Strong skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse fitness goals and group training formats.
- Knowledge of Nutrition principles to offer basic guidance on healthy eating aligned with fitness objectives.
- Relevant certification in personal training or fitness (e.g., accredited international or local certifying bodies), and current CPR/first aid certification.
- Experience working with a variety of fitness levels and backgrounds, with a focus on inclusive, culturally aware communication.
- Ability to motivate and engage individuals and groups, with strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in corporate wellness, gym, or sports environments is an advantage; fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are a plus.
