Role Description The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position provides comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external appointments. The role involves preparing and formatting documents and presentations, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions and deadlines. The Personal Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external partners, organize meetings and events, and help streamline the CEO’s daily workflow. The role also includes maintaining confidentiality, anticipating operational needs, and supporting the CEO in day-to-day administrative and personal tasks to enable effective leadership and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership and office operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills to manage schedules, appointments, and personal tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic record management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Previous experience supporting C-level or senior executives; experience in lifestyle, FMCG, or brand-focused organizations is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
