OverviewThe People Experience & Operations Sr. Coordinator will be responsible for delivering overtime reporting, analytics, forecasting, and administration activities across the business. This role plays a key part in providing accurate workforce insights, supporting annual operating plan (AOP) processes, and enabling data-driven decision making through standardized reporting and analytics.
The incumbent will leverage HR systems, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities to produce forecasts, simulations, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with defined service level agreements (SLAs), operational excellence standards, and customer service expectations.
Based in the Cairo Capability Center, the role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, process orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
ResponsibilitiesOvertime Reporting & Analytics
- Manage end-to-end overtime reporting and administration activities in line with agreed service catalog and SLA requirements.
- Run overtime AOP planning simulations and support annual budget planning processes.
- Prepare and manage forecast scenarios to support workforce planning and business decision making.
- Maintain weekly and monthly overtime tracking tools and reporting dashboards.
- Support monthly accrual calculations and reporting activities.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Analyze workforce and overtime data to provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting outputs.
- Support stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and reporting requirements.
- Leverage reporting tools and HR systems to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Service Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Deliver services in accordance with defined SLAs, KPIs, and customer experience standards.
- Ensure accurate transaction tracking and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and operational controls.
- Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and update knowledge management repositories and standard operating procedures.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities and operational performance.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to improve service satisfaction.
Qualifications
- * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Reporting & Analytics, or a related administrative/analytical environment.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Exposure to HR systems, dashboards, reporting, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
