Role OverviewOmniOps is looking for an experienced People & Culture Specialist to manage and oversee core HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, transfers, and offboarding.
- Manage and coordinate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payments.
- Handle social security, income tax, and other statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, HR records, and HRIS data.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, certificates, and other employee-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, tax requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, leave, attendance, and other HR administration matters.
- Support employee relations and address HR-related queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare HR reports, payroll reports, and workforce-related data for management and Finance.
- Coordinate with Finance and other internal teams on payroll, payments, deductions, and employee-related financial matters.
- Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance across HR processes.
- Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- * Experience in HR operations and administration.
- Previous experience in a technology company is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor law, Social Security, income tax, and payroll regulations.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll and statutory submissions.
- Strong experience in onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
- Experience working with HRIS/HR systems and payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- * Experience supporting a fast-growing technology, AI, cloud, or IT organization.
- Professional HR certification is a plus.
- Experience working with multi-country or regional teams is an advantage.
