Role Description
This role will take ownership of key people cycles and initiatives, including job evaluation, performance management, employee engagement, and retention, while working closely with managers to ensure our people practices support business needs and growth.
**What You’ll Do
• Own and manage the job evaluation process, ensuring roles are properly assessed, structured, and aligned with internal levels and organizational needs.
• Lead the performance appraisal cycles for HQ and supporting functions, from planning and communication to calibration, feedback, and follow-up action plans.
• Partner with managers and HODs to identify performance, development, and people-related needs.
• Support retention initiatives by identifying key people risks and developing actions to improve employee experience and engagement.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives that strengthen culture, connection, and employee experience.
• Use people data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend practical actions.
• Support organizational changes, team structures, and people planning as the business continues to grow.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, employee relations, development, and day-to-day people matters.
• Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on policies, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
• Ensure people practices are consistently implemented across HQ and supporting functions.
What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of experience preferably in an HRBP, People Partner, or similar role.
• Strong experience in performance management and appraisal cycles.
• Hands-on experience with job evaluation, job leveling, or organizational structure.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where things move quickly and priorities evolve.
