Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst
- Strong Commercial Banking domain knowledge preferred
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Lending / Loan Origination
- Experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management & DCO
- Strong requirement gathering, business analysis & process mapping skills
- Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Experience in UI/UX-rich projects
- Ability to work with business stakeholders, Product Owners & Pega Architects
- PCBA certification is highly preferred
- Middle East banking / SAMA experience is an added advantage
- Exposure to AI use-case implementations is an additional advantage
