Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with 1–3 years of payroll experience who is eager to advance their career into ERP Consulting. This role is a unique opportunity to blend your payroll expertise with technology, helping organizations streamline and optimize their HR and payroll operations through ERP systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Onboarding
• Manage payroll preparation, processing, and reporting with accuracy and compliance.
• Support ERP payroll module setup, configuration, and testing.
• Map payroll workflows and ensure alignment with ERP system requirements.
• Assist in ERP implementation projects and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for client HR/payroll teams on using the system.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams on ERP payroll usage.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including process flows, configuration changes, and user manuals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in payroll processing and compliance.
• Strong understanding of labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in ERP/HR systems.
• Previous ERP exposure is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
