Are you passionate about cars and helping people find the right solutions? Ayass Automotive, the authorized dealer for Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac in Iraq, is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Baghdad team and play a key role in supporting our service operations and customers.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Parts Sales
- Assist customers and service teams in identifying and sourcing the correct GM parts.
- Provide guidance on part compatibility, usage, and availability.
- Ensure accurate processing of all parts orders and sales.
Inventory & Workshop Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and manage timely replenishment.
- Organize and maintain parts storage according to GM standards.
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure all required parts are available for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory movements.
- Prepare reports on stock status and pending orders.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams regarding parts availability.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive parts management or sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac parts and systems is preferred.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Intermediate English (reading and speaking).
