Job Summary:
Quola Shipping Agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Overseas Business Development Executive to expand our international network of foreign agents and drive global business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics, with proven ability to build and manage relationships with overseas partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with foreign shipping agents
- Market your services internationally
- Handle freight forwarding or liner agency communication
- Negotiate rates and agreements
- Understand ports, routes, and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Min 1 year of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics sales
- Strong network of international agents is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of shipping documentation and Incoterms
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
