🔹 Job Purpose:
MADKOUR Group is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant – Team Leader to lead technical development, integrations, and system enhancements across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Oracle Fusion technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
- Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP, Finance, HCM, and SCM modules.
- Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.
- Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and technical extensions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Manage technical troubleshooting, system enhancements, performance optimization, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, technical standards, and documentation requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle technical consulting, including extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership or team-leading role.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.
- Solid technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and/or SCM.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, integration, and post-implementation support.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
