Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our clients, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with client's HR processes and policies
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle Fusion HCM and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems
- Document all project activities and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and client presentations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Experience with at least one full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
