Operations Manager – Café

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee café operations, lead teams, improve performance, control costs, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
1-Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
2-Manage branch performance and lead operational teams to achieve targets.
3-Develop and improve operational procedures and service standards.
4-Monitor sales, costs, inventory, waste, and overall operational performance.
5-Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.
6-Lead, develop, and motivate teams to maximize productivity and performance.
7-Coordinate with different departments to achieve operational and business objectives.
8-Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
1-Minimum 5 years of experience in café or restaurant operations.
2-Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.
3-Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs.
4-Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
5-Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
6-Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
