About the Role
Responsibilities
•To Plan, organize and supervise detailed related activities of the assigned properties.
•Apply Maintenance program that shall be executed through dedicated teams and Service providers.
•Perform quality control inspection to ensure adherence to etisalat Egypt standards and the code of ethics as well.
•Supervise the operation of both hard and soft maintenance management service provided by a range of outside contractors, vendors and in-House Team to include all required maintenance services. Maintenance scope covers all types of maintenance (preventive, corrective and predictive) within approved budget.
•Implement the concept of the CMMS. Cascading all tasks to assigned team.
•Supervise detailed activities of contractors, vendor, personnel, and suppliers; performs quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards. •Plan, design, organize and supervise Etisalat assigned properties, space management and fit out management.
•Plan, Supervise and Oversees the daily site reports, Manage and Assure that the environment, health, safety procedures and rules are respected;
