We are looking to hire an Operations Executive – Marine Services who will manage daily Marine Services from Indent Order Receipt till execution of services including operations and requisite documentation of Customers. The Job involves working on Night Shift basis the requirements of job.
2. Key Responsibilities
Marine Services - Vessel Operations (Day / Night Shift)
- Receiving Indent Order & acknowledging the services requirement from Customer
- Planning & scheduling the services with Servicing Vessels
- Continuous monitoring of Services Schedule and Communicating with Customers
- Working on Issues / Challenges Resolution by Servicing Vessels with Customers
- Maintaining Service Deliverables Standards
Marine Services – Port Logistics
As per Schedule management of Services , the requirements of Shore based Port Logistics like Cargo Planning , Transport Requirements , MMHE ( Man & Material Handling Equipment’s ) arrangements , Port Authorities Approval process need to be executed & managed .
Marine Services – Cargo Handling ( Internal & External )
- Tracking & Coordinating with Customers for timely arrival of Customers Cargo & People for requisite execution of scheduled marine services
- Planning , Tracking & Executing Own Ship Chandelling Supplies Order & Planning
With Services Vessel for delivery
Communication
- Liaise with Customers , Ship Agents , Ship Captains , Service Vessel Captains , Port Authorities & Vendors
Documentation
Maintain Indent Order Logs & Operational Log Records
