Hello Group is looking for a Withdraw Agent to join our growing live streaming and social entertainment business.
üéØ About the Role
As a Withdraw Agent, you will be responsible for supporting anchors with any issues related to the money withdrawal process and coordinating with our money dealers to help ensure that anchors receive their payments smoothly.
üíº Responsibilities
• Handle and follow up on anchors’ withdrawal and payment-related issues.
• Assist anchors with any problems related to the withdrawal process.
• Communicate with money dealers regarding payment and withdrawal requests.
• Follow up on payment issues and ensure they are resolved properly.
• Maintain clear communication with anchors and relevant internal/external parties.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow up on cases until the issue is fully resolved.
‚úÖ Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• English level B1 or above.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with different systems.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
⭐ Preferred
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Payment Operations, Financial Customer Service, Fintech, or similar roles is a plus.
• Experience handling payment, withdrawal, wallet, or financial-related inquiries is preferred.
• Previous experience in the live streaming or social entertainment industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
