The RoleWe are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Online University Instructor to deliver virtual lessons, guide students through course materials, and support academic development in a relevant subject area. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will help create an interactive learning environment, explain complex concepts clearly, and encourage students to apply their knowledge through discussions, assignments, and practical activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate virtual discussions, group activities, and interactive learning exercises.
- Develop assignments, quizzes, examinations, and other appropriate assessment materials.
- Evaluate student submissions and provide constructive, timely feedback.
- Monitor student participation, learning progress, and academic performance.
- Offer academic guidance and support students who require additional clarification.
- Use learning management systems and video-conferencing platforms to manage online classes.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, assessment results, and relevant course documentation.
- Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate different learning styles and levels of preparation.
- Encourage critical thinking, independent learning, and academic integrity.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and other instructors to improve course delivery.
- Update teaching materials to reflect current developments in the relevant subject area.

Requirements
- * At least 3 years of relevant professional, teaching, training, or subject-matter experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject area is preferred; advanced qualifications may be advantageous depending on the course.
- Strong knowledge of the subject being taught and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
