Role Description The Offshore Talent Acquisition Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for offshore roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, designing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The Offshore Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee employer branding initiatives, manage recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily activities include maintaining recruitment documentation, collaborating with HR on onboarding, and continuously improving talent acquisition processes to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a BPO or outsourcing environment.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and talent market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfort with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
