El Nemer Developments is looking for a talented and detail-oriented In-House Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (Real estate marketing background is highly preferred). * Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Premiere Pro * Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of technical specifications, aspect ratios, resolution standards, and video export settings across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.). * Work Setup: Full-time, In-House at company headquarters. * Portfolio (Mandatory): An up-to-date Behance link, Portfolio, or Showreel* showcasing strong commercial design work and clean video editing. * Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and ability to hit tight marketing deadlines.
