About Your Role
Lead sales growth across multiple international brands and product categories. The Multi Brand
Sales Manager will deliver overall and brand-level revenue and margin targets, develop the sales team and key accounts and match customers with suitable products and services across the portfolio.
What will you do ?
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Lead, coach and monitor the sales team’s performance.
- Develop new customers, manage key accounts and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and sales performance.
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipelines and regular reports.
What will you need ?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial electrical, automation, power solutions or related sectors.
- 3+ years of sales team leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of Egypt’s industrial and project sales market including tenders and distribution channels.
- Technical understanding of electrical, automation, connectivity and UPS solutions.
- Strong skills in rconsultative selling, negotiation, key account management and commercial planning.
- Experience managing multiple brands/product portfolios and using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills with willingness to travel.
