Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor
Role Purpose
Produce motion graphics and short-form video optimized for every platform combining strong post-production craft with modern AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce short-form video optimized per platform, with strong pacing and hook first structure.
• Create 2D motion graphics: kinetic typography, transitions, logo and product animations for campaigns and brand content.
• Handle full post-production: sound design and voice-over sync and rendering optimized to each platform's specs.
• Produce multiple creative versions of videos to support different campaigns, placements, and formats.
• Leverage AI video and image tools to accelerate production and build repeatable workflows with an organized library of assets.
• Collaborate with the content creator on trend-led formats and with the graphic designer on visual consistency.
• Continuously research and test emerging motion and AI tools to elevate the team's creative capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in motion design and video editing with a strong showreel of polished image and video work.
• Advanced Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; knowledge of a 3D/motion.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI video/image generation tools is a strong plus.
• Ability to deliver quick-turnaround edits during live campaigns and trend moments.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
