Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Mortgage Advisor will guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial needs assessment and product comparison to application submission and final approval. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing financial profiles, recommending suitable mortgage solutions, and explaining terms, risks, and repayment structures in clear language. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring all applications comply with regulatory and internal policies. The Mortgage Advisor will also maintain ongoing client relationships, follow up on application status, and contribute to business development through referrals, networking, and participation in internal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong advisory and client relationship skills, including the ability to assess client needs, explain complex financial concepts clearly, and provide unbiased mortgage guidance.
- Knowledge of mortgage products, banking procedures, and local real estate and regulatory frameworks (especially DED and RERA regulations).
- Analytical and financial assessment skills, including evaluating income, creditworthiness, and affordability, and comparing mortgage offers and structures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, tracking application progress, and maintaining accurate records.
