Seed O2 is the recovery studio of Seed Health and Wellness Centre. We're looking for a massage and bodywork practitioner to help our clients recover, reset, and look after their wellbeing over the long term.
This role suits someone who treats recovery as a practice rather than a one-off treatment. You'll work one-to-one with clients, build ongoing relationships, and have real ownership of your book of clients.
What you'll do
- Deliver massage and bodywork sessions focused on recovery, stress, and restoring the body
- Get to know each client's goals and adjust your work to fit them
- Build a returning client base, with support from the Seed O2 team
- Work alongside Seed's clinical team where a client's needs call for it
Who we're looking for
- A qualified massage therapist or bodywork practitioner with several years of hands-on experience in Qatar
- A self-starter who is comfortable building her own client relationships
- Someone with a genuine interest in recovery, nervous system health, and whole-person wellbeing
- Additional modalities such as [lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, breathwork] are a plus
The arrangement
Commission-based, with flexible part-time or full-time hours. Your earnings grow as your client base does
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in mind-body modalities (e.g., yoga therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, or comparable disciplines) and the ability to integrate them into client-centered care.
- Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and progress tracking, with the capacity to tailor practices to diverse physical and emotional needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach to working with clients.
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary wellness team, contribute to group programs or workshops, and support a cohesive, holistic client experience.
- Relevant professional certification or training in a recognized mind-body discipline; additional credentials in psychology, counseling, integrative health, or related fields are an advantage.
- Experience working in wellness, healthcare, or therapeutic settings, preferably with an international or multicultural clientele.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in maintaining schedules and records, and a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
- Comfort working on-site in Doha, Qatar, with readiness to engage in continuous professional development and alignment with SEED’s holistic wellness philosophy.
