We’re Hiring | MEP Tendering Engineer

NoVi Designs & Finishing is looking for a talented MEP Tendering Engineer to join our growing team. If you have solid experience in B2B construction & fit-out projects and a strong background in MEP estimation and tendering, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Analyze vendor offers technically and commercially.
- Prepare tender submissions, technical proposals, and pricing sheets.
- Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings when required.
- Review contracts and identify project risks and technical challenges.
- Coordinate with design, technical office, and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, local codes, and project standards.
- Support value engineering processes to optimize project cost and quality.
- Maintain updated cost databases and supplier records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in MEP Tendering
- Experience in commercial, corporate, and fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and market pricing
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD & Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in the MEP industry and knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- Proficiency in tendering software and basic project management tools
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic work environment
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are a plus
