Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify MEP shop drawings based on project specifications and engineer instructions.
- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for MEP systems.
- Coordinate drawings with technical office engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Review and update drawings according to site modifications and engineer feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and specifications.
- Organize and maintain all drawing files and documentation.
- Assist engineers in preparing as-built drawings.
- Coordinate between different disciplines to avoid design conflicts.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in the construction field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
- Experience in preparing MEP shop drawings.
- Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems drawings.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
