✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
✅ Minimum 7 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP coordination for villa projects
✅ Strong knowledge of MEP systems, shop drawing reviews, and clash detection
✅ Experience in project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems
✅ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and document management systems
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
