About the Role
Our client, a leading organisation in Saudi Arabia, is expanding its Mendix delivery capability and is looking for two experienced Senior Mendix Developers. The successful candidates will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform, contributing to full-stack development, system integrations, and Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using Mendix, including domain models, microflows, nanoflows, pages, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and OData APIs.
- Build custom Java actions and implement reporting solutions.
- Develop custom UI components and enhance application interfaces using CSS and JavaScript.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and adherence to Mendix development best practices.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution planning.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support application testing, deployment, release management, and troubleshooting across environments.
- Identify and resolve application issues to ensure reliable performance.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Mendix development experience and 5+ years of overall technical experience.
- Strong experience with Mendix 10.x.
- Proven full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end components.
- Proficiency in Java, including developing custom actions and reporting solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience integrating Mendix applications with external systems through REST, SOAP, and OData APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Valid Saudi Iqama or eligibility for Iqama transfer.
