A leading Medical Education & Training Organization is looking for an experienced, hands-on Medical Operations Manager to lead the operational execution of medical courses, workshops, and practical training programs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medical courses and training programs from planning to full execution.
- Coordinate with physicians, faculty members, trainers & KOLs.
- Oversee theoretical and hands-on practical training sessions.
- Manage practical requirements including medical materials, consumables, equipment, models/volunteers & training stations.
- Ensure course readiness, schedules, faculty requirements and operational checklists are completed on time.
- Lead and supervise the Medical Operations / Coordination Team.
- Handle last-minute operational issues and ensure smooth course delivery.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and other departments regarding upcoming programs.
- Monitor course quality, participant experience and faculty satisfaction.
- Control material utilization, inventory and operational costs.
- Develop SOPs, checklists and standardized processes for course execution.
- Prepare post-course reports, identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
- Support execution of programs across Egypt, KSA, UAE and other markets when required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in healthcare, medical training, hospitals, clinics, medical centers or medical education.
- Medical/Healthcare background is highly preferred.
- Previous experience managing medical courses, workshops, conferences or practical training is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with doctors and senior medical professionals.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
