BlueMark Agency is hiring a Senior Media Buyer to lead paid media performance across a diverse portfolio of agency clients.
Meta Ads is the core of this role. You should also be comfortable planning and managing campaigns across other relevant platforms, including Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads when a client’s goals call for them.
We’re looking for someone who has personally managed substantial budgets, can make sound decisions under pressure, and knows how to improve business results across both lead generation and ecommerce accounts.
What you’ll own
Lead paid media strategy, campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting for multiple clients.
Manage budgets and make allocation decisions based on performance and business goals.
Build and improve lead generation, WhatsApp, and ecommerce campaigns.
Review tracking and conversion data, investigate discrepancies, and work with the relevant team members to fix measurement issues.
Turn performance insights into clear creative briefs and useful feedback for the production team.
Communicate results, risks, and next steps clearly to account managers and stakeholders.
Prioritize effectively across a busy agency portfolio without losing control of individual accounts.
What we’re looking for
Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of other major paid media platforms.
Direct responsibility for meaningful ad budgets and concurrent client accounts.
Proven work across both lead generation and ecommerce, with attention to lead quality, revenue, and profitability—not platform metrics alone.
Strong analytical judgment, structured testing, and the ability to diagnose performance problems.
Ownership: you can set direction, execute, measure results, and explain your decisions.
Location: This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Al-Jubeiha, Amman.
