We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Mechanical to manage and coordinate mechanical works on construction projects, ensuring execution is in line with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and the approved programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day mechanical MEP activities at the project site.
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and other mechanical installations.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documents.
- Coordinate mechanical works with Civil, Electrical, Architectural and other MEP disciplines.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers for technical and site requirements.
- Ensure mechanical works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable UAE standards.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEP construction projects.
- Strong UAE experience in residential, high-rise and villa projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and mechanical building services.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and MEP coordination.
