About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Technical Office to support our real estate and construction projects, with strong experience in mechanical technical office works.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate mechanical shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Review BOQs, specifications, material submittals, and RFIs.
- Coordinate mechanical works with other engineering disciplines.
- Follow up on technical queries, design changes, and contractor submissions.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or Contracting is required.
- Strong experience in Mechanical Technical Office works.
- Good knowledge of shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
