Review the mechanical specifications and technical requirements for mechanical works, including air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection.
Supervise site implementation and ensure compliance with the approved specifications and quality, safety, and Saudi codes.
Prepare and review the technical specifications and material approvals, and coordinate with the construction and installation works to address conflicts.
Monitor quantities and compliance with procurement and contractor ratios, prepare technical reports, and review the deliverables for mechanical works.
Follow up on inspections, tests, and commissioning, and review the "as-built" drawings and installation and maintenance procedures.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in site implementation and supervision of mechanical works within construction projects.
Proficient in reading drawings and using AutoCAD, with a preference for Revit MEP.
Familiarity with Saudi codes and relevant standards, such as ASHRAE and NFPA.
Coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and preparation of technical reports, along with proficiency in technical English.
Required professional accreditation: Registration as a Saudi Engineer with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
