Your roleWe are strengthening our specialist team focused on mission-critical communications and telecommunications. We are looking for experienced consultants who want to help design, govern and improve the next generation of business- and operations-critical device environments for communication-intensive organizations.
In these roles, you will work at the intersection of business, operations and technology. Together with clients you will establish control across complex device landscapes, from requirements and selection to configuration, deployment, lifecycle management and continuous improvement. The goal is to ensure that devices, platforms and processes work together securely and reliably in demanding operational environments.
Depending on your background, you may contribute within areas such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Business Analysis within Telecom and BSS, Solution Architecture for mission-critical telecom solutions, Vendor Selection & Procurement, Service Design, BSS Transformation and Business Development.
Across all roles, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, operational teams, architects, security specialists, technical experts, vendors and external partners to create robust solutions that support organizational and operational goals.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Analyzing business and operational requirements, processes and device-related workflows
- Defining requirements, target states and recommendations for device environments and supporting platforms
- Establishing principles and processes for device inventory, ownership, configuration and lifecycle management
- Supporting device onboarding, provisioning, deployment, maintenance, upgrades and retirement
- Facilitating workshops with business representatives, operational teams, IT, security and other stakeholders
- Designing solution architectures and integration principles for devices, management platforms and surrounding systems
- Evaluating devices, platforms, vendors and technical solutions based on operational, security and lifecycle requirements
- Ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, interoperable, traceable and sustainable over time
- Contributing to transformation initiatives and continuous improvement in mission-critical communication environments
Your profileWe are looking for someone with several years of experience in one or more of the following areas:* Device lifecycle management, provisioning, configuration, governance and operational processes
* Business Analysis, with experience translating business and operational needs into requirements, processes and improvement initiatives within telecom or mission-critical environments
* Solution Architecture, including system integration, architecture design, APIs and the development of secure and scalable technology solutions
* Vendor Selection & Procurement, including market evaluation, supplier assessments, sourcing strategies, tender processes and vendor management
You do not need experience in all areas. We are looking for specialists with deep expertise in one or more of these disciplines.
You are comfortable working with both business and technical challenges and can build alignment among diverse stakeholders. You enjoy analyzing complex problems and translating them into clear recommendations and practical solutions.
You hold a relevant post-secondary degree and are fluent in English, while Swedish language skills are considered a merit.
What we believe you will enjoy about working here:
- * Working alongside leading experts in Mission Critical Communications.
- Being part of a collaborative community supporting the organizations that society depends on most.
- Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution in complex mission-critical environments.
- An inclusive culture that encourages learning and knowledge sharing, with opportunities for certifications, mentoring and professional growth.
ApplicationWe review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
