We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist based in New Cairo with proven experience in offline activations, who can also provide practical business and marketing consultations to sales and development teams. The person will own end-to-end delivery: conceptualizing booth/activation experiences, managing billboard & TV/radio buys, coordinating suppliers, and turning offline activity into measurable leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute field activations (booths, roadshows, on-site events) that drive footfall and lead generation.
- Design visitor flow, engagement activities, giveaways and on-site mechanics for booths and activations.
- Source, negotiate and manage outdoor advertising (billboards), identifying best locations and suppliers.
- Coordinate TV and radio placements with media buyers and schedule ads within relevant programs.
- Manage digital placements on online news platforms when required.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, production houses and logistics teams to deliver creative assets and on-site setups.
- Handle permits, installations, shipping, and all operational logistics for activations.
- Track offline campaign performance (leads, visits, CPL), prepare reports and recommend optimization.
- Provide marketing consultation to sales/development teams—actionable tactics and execution plans aligned to business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years’ practical experience running offline campaigns and activations; real estate experience preferred.
- Deep familiarity with the outdoor advertising ecosystem and TV/radio buying processes.
- Proven track record designing booths/experiences that generate measurable results.
- Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, timelines and on-ground teams.
- Good command of Arabic and professional English (written & spoken).
- Driver’s license and willingness to work on-site during events is an advantage.
