As a Marketing Manager, you’re not just developing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:
Essential Functions
- * Ensure all marketing activities comply with Waldorf Astoria and Hilton brand standards.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity, visual standards and tone of voice across all channels.
- Act as brand custodian for the resort, ensuring all communications reflect a luxury positioning.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee brand management, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Develop annual and monthly direct digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Manage content calendars and campaign scheduling
- Coordinate resort photography, videography and drone shoots.
- Manage media relations, including proactive outreach, press releases, and media monitoring.
- Develop internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment.
- Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Develop promotional campaigns for all restaurants, lounges and bars.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient spending for optimal ROI.
- Liaises with the regional marketing team regarding joint marketing or promotional and PR opportunities;
- Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate internally and externally.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, and brand management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATE
- * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in marketing or management may be beneficial.
