Role Description This Marketing Intern role is a hybrid internship based in Amman, Jordan, with flexibility for partial work from home. The intern will support marketing campaigns by assisting with market research, collecting and organizing customer insights, and helping develop basic marketing materials and content. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales and customer service teams, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing ideas to marketing strategy discussions. The intern will also help manage social media and digital channels, track engagement metrics, and support outreach activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced AI-focused environment while building core marketing skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, active listening, and effective presentation abilities.
- Ability to perform Market Research, analyze data, and summarize findings into actionable insights.
- Foundational understanding of Sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to support lead generation.
- Interest in Marketing Strategy and basic knowledge of planning or executing marketing initiatives.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness to user needs.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms; familiarity with social media and online marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a dynamic setting.
