Opportunity Overview
Our client is a UK/EU technology resilience provider serving regulated organisations across cybersecurity, cloud and AI. They're hiring a Remote Marketing Coordinator, a junior support role reporting to their CMO, to run day-to-day HubSpot lead generation campaigns targeting around two booked meetings a month for senior consultants. It is not a sales role, and responsibility ends once a meeting is booked.
You'll manage nurture and outreach campaigns in HubSpot, building sequences and personalising ABM-style messaging to keep leads engaged. Day to day, you'll build and edit marketing assets including emails, landing pages, forms and workflows, and make outbound calls only as part of the nurture sequence, not cold-calling. You'll own outreach through to a booked meeting with a senior consultant, then hand off cleanly with no deal management. You'll also keep the company website current and flag content or messaging gaps to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Nurture Campaigns - Run outreach sequences, personalise ABM-style messaging, and manage lead task lists.
- Marketing Asset Building - Build and edit HubSpot emails, landing pages, forms and workflows.
- Nurture-Only Calling - Make outbound calls solely as part of the nurture sequence, not cold-calling.
- Meeting Booking Ownership - Own outreach through to a booked meeting with a senior consultant.
- Clean Handoff - Hand off booked meetings with no ongoing deal management responsibility.
- Website Upkeep - Keep the company website current, including images, links and partner logos.
- SEO & Gap Flagging - Maintain basic on-page SEO and flag content or messaging gaps to the CMO.
Qualifications
- CRM & Marketing Automation - Experience with HubSpot or equivalent platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Sequence Campaign Execution - Hands-on experience building outreach sequences and personalising messaging at scale.
- Nurture-Focused Calling - Comfortable with outbound calling as part of a nurture workflow, not full-cycle sales.
- Relevant Experience - 1+ years in a marketing coordination or CRM-focused support role.
- Lead-to-Meeting Ownership - Proven ability to nurture outreach through to a booked meeting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Website Editing - Comfortable editing Webflow or an equivalent site builder such as WordPress.
- B2B Tech Background - Marketing experience gained within a B2B or technology sector environment.
- AI-Assisted Drafting - Uses AI tools for content drafting while keeping output natural and human-sounding.
