Al-Munesh (AMC), part of Raban Al Safina Group, is seeking a Managing Director to lead its hospitality business, central and satellite restaurant operations, major conferences and events, and the logistics supporting these activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company strategy, annual business planning, budgets and profit and loss performance, translating objectives into clear operating plans.
- Direct central production and restaurant networks, coordinating capacity, staffing, purchasing, service standards and distribution.
- Oversee major events from planning and mobilization through delivery, including venues, suppliers, transport and contingency arrangements.
- Build effective management structures, operating procedures and performance reviews across departments and locations.
- Control food and labour costs, waste, inventory and service productivity while maintaining food safety and guest experience.
- Develop client relationships, assess commercial proposals and lead improvements in service quality and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven senior executive responsibility for a business, with strong administration, organizational leadership and decision-making authority.
- Substantial operational leadership in hospitality, food service, restaurant networks or large-scale catering and events.
- Demonstrated capability in planning complex activities, coordinating several sites and delivering major events under demanding deadlines.
- Hands-on command of budgeting, cost control, workforce deployment and operational performance management.
- Evidence of leading managers and building dependable processes, with sound knowledge of food safety and service quality.
Preferred: A relevant degree in business, hospitality or operations management; experience integrating central kitchens, restaurant branches and event logistics.
