Lead end-to-end technology procurement across assigned portfolios, covering sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiations, contract award, supplier management, governance, risk mitigation, and value optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct-award procurement processes
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirements
- Manage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboarding
- Lead technical/commercial evaluations, tender clarifications, BAFOs and negotiations
- Manage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests and claims support
- Monitor procurement schedules and Tender Event Schedules
- Drive cost optimization and commercial value
- Manage supplier performance, disputes and operational escalations
- Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissions
Requirements
- * 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management
- Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing
- Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations
- Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional procurement initiatives
- Experience within large-scale organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred
