A leading organisation in the UAE is looking for a Manager to lead end-to-end guest experience and service design across a multi-asset portfolio.
What you'll do:
- Turn guest insights into journey maps and target-state experience concepts
- Build service blueprints that connect the front stage (what guests see) with the back stage (people, process, technology)
- Set design standards and governance, and coach teams in design thinking
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in service design, experience design or UX
- Hands-on journey mapping and blueprinting at large scale, across multiple assets
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder skills, and experience telling the story to executives
- Experience combining digital and physical guest experiences (Cemantica a plus)
