Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate reservoir studies, including petrophysical, fluid, PVT, and single well and full field simulation models, whether in-house or through consultants
Prepare long-term development and data management programs as part of the one-year and five-year work plans, and set gas volume and well-by-well rate targets with Operations
Manage E&P data strategy and stewardship, including policies for the shared North Field master database
Supervise analysis of production performance data and production logs (PLT, MDT, etc.), and advise management on past, present, and future reservoir performance
Provide technical input to the Well Services team during well interventions and WFM (Well Failure Module) reviews
Oversee tenders and contracts for consultants, contractors, and service companies, including evaluating performance and monitoring payments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience in reservoir surveillance, with the last few years in a managerial role
