Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Communications:
• Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to ensure all

• Create, edit, and distribute official communications using Microsoft Word, including
company announcements, policy updates, and newsletters.
• Design visually appealing content using graphic design tools and ensure all content
is proofread for accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with management to communicate corporate messaging and initiatives
effectively.
2. People Engagement:
• Plan and execute engagement activities and programs to promote a positive work
environment and strengthen employee morale.
• Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and social gatherings to
foster a sense of community within the workplace.
• Gather feedback from employees and utilize insights to enhance engagement
strategies and initiatives.
3. Employer Branding:
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content that
reflects the organization’s culture, values, and brand.
• Showcase company events, success stories, and employee achievements across
social media channels to attract top talent and promote employer branding.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to enhance the
company’s online presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related
field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in internal communications, employee engagement, or
similar roles.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and graphic design
tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media platforms and understanding of social media
strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse
audiences.
