Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure function to ensure secure, resilient, and efficient delivery of infrastructure services that support business objectives. The role is responsible for infrastructure strategy execution, operational oversight, system availability, vendor and cost management, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with cybersecurity, regulatory, and audit requirements, including NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC). The Manager serves as a key partner to executive leadership, business units, and other departments, ensuring infrastructure platforms, services, and technology investments are standardized, scalable, compliant, and optimized to support organizational growth, operational continuity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), regulatory requirements, and audit activities.

Support security monitoring, access controls, vulnerability remediation, incident response, documentation, and audit findings closure.

Deliver effective IT infrastructure support, troubleshoot major incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Lead infrastructure projects and technical initiatives while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability, efficiency, automation, security, resilience, and service delivery.

Participate in on-call support and ensure operational continuity of business-critical infrastructure services.

Report infrastructure incidents, risks, control gaps, service issues, and corrective actions to management.

Manage and support enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Nutanix, VMware, Veeam Backup & Replication, IAM, PAM, Microsoft Defender, and enterprise networking solutions.

Ensure the design, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, optimization, and security of cloud, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, storage, networking, and identity management systems.
