Role Description The Management Intern role is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in business operations and project coordination. The intern will assist with organizing and tracking projects, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting day-to-day team activities across different functions. Responsibilities may include conducting basic market or product research, analyzing internal data, documenting processes, and helping improve workflows related to Fastsource.ai’s AI-powered solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Amman, Jordan, with some flexibility to work from home depending on team needs and project requirements. The intern will collaborate closely with managers and team leads, gaining exposure to strategic and operational aspects of a growing tech company.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills suitable for supporting multiple projects.
- Solid analytical and research abilities, including basic data interpretation and clear documentation of findings.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Comfort with technology and productivity tools; interest in AI, digital platforms, or SaaS products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, showing initiative, accountability, and adaptability.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback and mentoring.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with Arabic and the local business context in Amman, Jordan is an advantage.
